Yetholm Properties (UK) Ltd is a specialist letting and management company based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, formed in 1992.
Yetholm Properties has developed a growing portfolio of regional, national and international clients representing a broad spectrum of student letting, professional letting and management interests.
Our clients are diverse and the demands they make on us vary enormously. We will happily cater for the individual needs of the tenant as well as the large portfolio of a client.
We are a very friendly team of eight staff dedicated to improving student housing. We treat everyone as an individual and endeavour always to carefully consider their specific housing requirements. We are approachable, innovative and always open to new ideas; yet competent, with over 50 years student management experience between us! |
